We had an absolutely amazing stay for business trip.
Clean, good value hotel, the location was good and magnificent just off central train station, the hot tourist locations of Florence, Lucca, Pisa and Florence itself.

Spotless and cosy rooms with bath as well as a kettle, nice stay! Excellent location excellent in everythings, small restaurants in the local area. Situated only 1 km from a Roman Catholic cathedral.
Not very nice views from the window.

The rooms here are exceptional, tidy, with fantastic views of both the town and countryside, and the location is unbeatable, just a short 4-6 minute walk from Le Barrique Winebar.

I had a fantastic stay at San Marco in Prato. the hotel's location was excellent, right on the edge of the center. the room itself was more than adequate, with a comfortable bed and a clean, good-sized bathroom and shower. the highlight for me was the friendly and welcoming front desk staff. They were incredibly helpful and made navigating the city a breeze. The breakfast each morning was more than enough to start the day, and I especially enjoyed relaxing on the rooftop terrace. Cons: Nothing for me. 👍.

This hotel is in a perfect location, close to everything there is to see in Prato. The train station to Florence is also conveniently close, making it easy to explore the nearby city. Plus, there are two supermarkets nearby, making it convenient for any needs. The staff at this hotel are incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist guests with anything they need. The rooms are basic, but clean and comfortable, with the added bonus of a small balcony. The breakfast offered is also a great way to start the day.
Nothing to complain about, everything was just fine.

My stay at Hotel San Marco was a pleasant experience. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore both the old town and the newer areas of Prato. The staff were more than helpful and their knowledge of English was impressive. I appreciated their assistance throughout my stay.
In terms of the room, it was basic but comfortable, providing a good base for my travels. However, I have to mention that the bed was a bit too hard for my liking.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. The location was great as it was near the city center and the train and bus station. The breakfast was also good, and there were 2 supermarkets in the vicinity.
Not obvious to find.

Great value hotel for a city break. The staff were super friendly and recommended some fantastic restaurants nearby. The rooftop terrace was definitely a highlight - great views of the surrounding area. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with public transport easily accessible and plenty of key sights within walking distance.
The wifi wasn't very reliable, with frequent dropouts and slow speeds. The interior of the hotel felt a little dated, but was clean and well-maintained.

The breakfast was also a highlight, with a variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day.
Nothing to fault, everything was great.

The hotel exceeded our expectations in several ways. the prices were incredibly reasonable, making it excellent value for money. Secondly, the attention to detail was evident throughout our stay, from the well-designed rooms with their comfortable beds and small balconies, to the delicious breakfast provided each morning. And finally, the location was perfect - right in the heart of the city, close to two supermarkets and within walking distance of both the old city center and the main attractions.
Our stay at this hotel was flawless.

The breakfast was excellent, offering fresh and delicious food. the staff was very polite and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. the location was very convenient, with easy access to the city center and the train station.
There were no dining options during the day or night, as there was no food service available. I found the room to be outdated, with a bathtub instead of a shower.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
